Returning a product from Hounar.com is a straightforward and customer-friendly process. To ensure a hassle-free return and refund experience, please follow the steps outlined below:

You will receive a return ticket and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Prepare the Package: Securely repackage the product(s) in their original packaging. Include all warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and protective packaging. For a successful return, items must be returned in their original box with all original product packaging and accessories intact.

Complete the Returns Form: Fill out the back of your invoice, specifying the reason for the return. This information will expedite the processing of your return.

Send the Package: Place the completed returns form and RMA number inside the package. For your protection, we recommend using a registered delivery service that provides tracking and insurance coverage equivalent to the parcel's value. Hounar cannot be held responsible for any returns lost during transit.

Include Proof of Purchase: Attach a copy of your original receipt or printed order confirmation email to the returns form. Items returned without proof of purchase will be sent back to the sender unless authorized in writing by Hounar.

Await Refund Processing: Upon receiving and processing your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of product damage during delivery or if an incorrect item was shipped.

Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using a carrier that issues tracking numbers and requires a signature upon delivery for your return. Ensure proper packaging, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit. Please refrain from using padded envelopes for return shipping.
